I just finished doing the workout that I did yesterday again. To my surprise it was more difficult today. I had not considered that before hand. It still went fine and I added an extra set of each weight lifting type. I also went on a walk with Vinny this morning. The back was really bad when I got finished today. It was not all that bad during the actual activities though.
Now I am starting to get to the point in my mind that I want to conquer the world. This is a big challenge for me. Need to learn to accept and appreciate small victories along the big trip. I am beginning to dream big in terms of the results I expect to get this week. Trying to figure out what would be an amount that would make me happy. Wish I was the type who could just work hard and appreciate the results that occur. Knowing that I did my job and I am on the way. I am working on that. I am also trying to find a good book to read for motivation. If anyone has any suggestions.........please holla.
