Well, I woke up today and my back is real sore. I expected that after doing more physical activity than I have done in over a year. The thing that has me wondering a bit is the fact that I am totally worn out. I am going to do the same type of working out today and just push through it. I think it will be one of those things where once I get going I will be fine.
Though I have been able to control my eating I believe I need to make some changes. I have never been much of a breakfast eater. It is very common for me to not eat at all until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I just do not wake up hungry in most cases. I really have no clue how metabolism works. I think it is likely that I should be eating something in the morning particularly if I am going to be working out.
I am going to start reading up more on the science of healthy eating. After all I am trying to become an expert in this. Who wants to be a dumb expert?
