As I continue on my health education I have been reading a bunch of stuff. I came across this "interesting" article on wayne.com. The theory of the article was they were going to disprove 5 common myths about men losing weight. The thing is it seems like a completely made up list that they are exposing. Perhaps the only one that I think is reasonable is myth 2.
Myth 2: Low-fat or low-carb automatically means healthier.
The argument from me is they did not disprove that at all. By that logic I would like to just announce that I am not fat. Whoa this is easier than I thought it would be. I am not going to go over each of the others because you people are smart and will know why they are stupid. I am not sure why this bothers me but it does. Nice Job Indiana.
Today was a great day for me. I did a nice job on the food eating and I began drinking a ton of water again. No soda. It is a rule after all. My brothers dog Vincent and I went for a walk and I did a bunch of other exercise. The back hurts but I will live. I wonder how the exercise will influence my success this week? I decided that I want to take some kind of martial art way down the line when I have lost a lot of this poundage. That and perhaps biking will be the two ways I maintain. Holy cow, I am becoming a planner.
