Going All MacGyver On This Thing

I have been somewhat inspired by all of the fat loss TV shows.  I decided to figure out some things I can do right inside the apartment in terms of working out.  Things that I can do with the bad back.  The first thing was just simple leg curls.  No weight, just on my stomach curling my legs one at a time.  At first this felt useless and a waste of time.  When I got to about 50 I could feel I was actually doing something.  By the end of a set of 100 it was obvious it was at least something.  I am going to do this once each hour for the day to see how it goes.

Next step I found some old dumbbells my little brother uses.  I did 3 set's of ten with each arm curling and then straight pressing them on my back.  They weights are 20 pounds each.  I think I might have gotten close on my guess of how many reps as the last few were a struggle.

The final thing I am doing in this "workout" are these pushup like things against the wall.  I seen them on TV.  I did 100 of them.  Not sure how valuable these are but it was some work so it can't be all bad.

My back is pretty agitated right now.  On the other hand it does not feel like I injured it anymore so that is good.  It will be interesting to see how it is in the morning.  I plan to do this whole trick again tomorrow.
