Baby Steps

Hello.  Hello. Hello.

I woke up this morning and immediately got my weight lifting stuff accomplished.  I kind of enjoy doing that.  I look forward to being able to do it more extensively.  I intend to go walking later, probably in the evening.  I feel real like I might be a little dehydrated.  Makes sense with the heat and the added activities.

I was reading a blog from one of the Biggest loser ladies, her name is Courtney.  She lost 100 pounds + before even going on the show.  She talked about taking little steps as she started out and just building on her successes.  The cool thing is the little steps are pretty close to the things I have already started doing.  So that tells me I am going in the right direction.  It's odd because you would think just losing weight would be enough indication.  I guess it wasn't.  When you are aware that you really do not know what you are doing it is nice to see evidence that you are not way off.

I saw in the news that sales are up 4% at McDonald's.  I predict that trend to go down as I intend to stay on my plan.  Sell your stock people.
