I just finished riding the indoor bike for a short period. (ten minutes) That can seem like nothing but given my condition and back issues I am happy with the effort.
It is still a very short period but my habits are getting much better. I want to weigh myself but I know it is best to wait.
I have been watching old episodes of "extreme makeover-weight loss." It was pretty inspiring to watch James Garrison's story............
Only to google him and learn that he is not very happy with his experience. He claims he was forced into a different diet and habits from what the show displayed and it led to serious health problems.
These shows are a tough deal. People like me who do not now what the hell they are doing ad then trying to compare.
I just need to trust that I am doing the right thing I guess. Things seem to be working.
So far I feel great.
