I have become completely obsessed with losing the weight. I am considering this good as I do not feel I am being ridiculous. Eventually I will need to just consider my new ways to be part of life. Right now I am just in the mind frame of melting off the fat so I can become more active.
I am starting to see some signs of success other than the scale.
I found 2 brand new pair of pants in the drawer that never fit.
They do now. WooooHoooooo!
I expect/hope that to be temporary.
