Christmas has passed and I have not had any diet malfunctions. On Christmas Day I had a delicious and fairly healthy dinner. I just picked the 5 healthiest things being offered and had just a tiny bit of each. Not bad at all.

I think during all previous holiday seasons except for the "Jenny Craig Era" I probably ate 150-300 Christmas cookies. My point being I really like them.

I did not have any this year and it was not a big deal. Seems like I am locked in for the long haul.

The only time I stepped out of the plan was when I had crackers with cheese spread by choice. I felt good about it both times.

My calories ranged from 1350-1900 per day this week.
