Hi. Have not been on here much because I really did not have much to say. I was just waiting back to see how the weigh in went this week. Once again it was nothing near to what I expected. After eating responsibly for the week I lost nothing last Thursday. I kept on the same plan and I only lost 2 pounds this week. This is the type of thing I just do not understand at all. How can someone my size not lose s significant amount of weight.
My exercise was very limited again this week due to the bad back. I knew that was an important part but I did not think it was going to stop me from making progress.
After two weeks without progress it is time to try something new. My ability to stick with the plan depends on it. I have not given up but I am extremely disappointed to be sure.
I have to make progress in the exercise column in the equation. No doubt about it. I am going to give a stationery bike a try again. I think perhaps if I lean in it will take some pressure of of my back. As far as the food part of it. I guess I do not know what to do......
Time to start reading some more I guess
