Ghost of Christmas Past

A good old buddy posted a picture on facebook from 1996.   It was only two years into gaining the weight back.  My first two thoughts were whoa and wow I had good hair.  Bahahahahaha.  I am really glad he posted that.  I think seeing that is really going to help me.  For me this entire deal is so much about my head.  I know if I can get over the hump where I genuinely start feeling better I will make this happen.  Let's be honest.  This thing is still just a dream or a theory.  I am a guy who enjoys life even as a big fat dude.  It is just so much better when I am not.  After the Brewers game I surely will do some exercise.  The picture will almost guarantee that.  On that note I will know I have turned a corner when I do not need to look for a specific reason that motivates me to do the right thing.
