Whoa. Today was an eye opener. I found this interval workout plan on the exercise bike......
Basically a total of 4 minutes as fast as you can with 10 second breaks. My plan was to do it 3 times.
I could not get past 2 minutes. I know that sounds sad but it is also true. I can ride it OK at a modest speed.
Not giving up on it. Just surprised. I will be working into it. This seems like it could be a good plan for me.
