My calorie intake has been in range for 40 days. As I am obsessive I have been reading a lot to improve my knowledge of healthy eating.
A few days ago I realized that I had not been eating any whole grains. It was interesting as I have been trying to figure out why I have not had much energy. In the past I would gain oodles of energy with any substantial weight loss.
After research I substituted a cup of brown rice and red beans for a salad with one meal per day.
Bingo.
My energy is up and I feel very full with the adjustment. I am becoming a fat guy scientist.
