So here is the new plan.  I am winging it completely.  I have not been able to succeed on any expert plans.  I will eat foods I know to be healthy in limited amounts and exercise.

I am taking it one week at  time and will go from there.

So far 2 days of perfect planned eating and 2 days riding the exercise bike.......and a ton of water. (128oz each day)
