Ended up being a pretty Damn good week. I lost 12 pounds.
I am in a good groove from a eating standpoint.
Following a basic plan: A cup of cheerios with a splash of milk in the morning. A small piece of chicken or fish and a large portion of vegetables for lunch and dinner. During one of the meals I have been having a slice of bread and the other a small salad. At night I have a cup of cheerios for a snack.
I really haven't been hungry in between.
Still consuming 128 oz. of water each day.
