I have been trying to figure out a goal to reach during my "project." During the Jenny Craig experience I had a secret goal of being able to dunk a basketball. At 217 pounds and 6'1" I was not able to get that done. Although I did have a sweet jump shot. That was about 17 years ago and once I got down to a reasonable weight it became obvious that it was not going to happen. I do not think I could dunk at 150 pounds to be honest so the trick is to pick something outstanding yet attainable. I am kicking around an idea that I would be stealing from my awesome sister in law. Tentatively I am working toward running in a 5k race. The funny thing is I have no idea what 5k is. Good thing I have google. I do know people run this distance on a regular basis and I am a person so their you go. Of course I plan to add to the goals but this is a good place to start.
